When a cheaper component does the same job for what you actually run, we say so, even though the premium one bills more.
03 Keeping the order straight
Model, quantity and the agreed date are filed against the order, so a repeat order arrives the same rather than nearly the same.
04 Questions answered first
Whether a part fits the machine you have is settled before the order is confirmed, not after the box is opened.
05 Close by
Most of what we supply goes to offices and workshops close by, which makes an exchange quick and a return simple.

Common questions
How do I know a part fits my machine?
Send the make and the model of the machine, or the number printed on the old component. We confirm it before anything is ordered.
Do you sell to companies only?
We supply companies and people alike. Larger quantities and terms are agreed in writing before the first order.
What happens if the part is wrong?
If what we confirmed does not fit, it comes back and the right one goes out. We would rather lose the trip than lose the customer.
